Accessibility
Ground-floor apartments have step-free access and are adapted for guests with reduced mobility and wheelchair users. The complex has two storeys and no lift; upper-floor apartments get more hours of sun on the terrace.

Self-catering
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee maker, cookware), a washing machine, hot/cold air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a safe. Beach towels, hand soap, detergent and fabric softener are provided.
Eating out
There is no on-site restaurant. A supermarket is a few metres away, and the seafront restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
Location
A quiet area one minute from the main avenue, about 300 m (a couple of minutes' walk) from the beach.
Arrival
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. You receive your access codes the day before, so late arrivals are no problem. Reception is open 10:00–17:00, and we are on WhatsApp and phone.
Parking
Free on-street parking nearby, no blue zone.
